Job summary

Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Facilities Contracts & Performance Manager to oversee performance and contract activities for the Facilities Directorate, ensuring delivery of strategic and operational objectives in line with the Trust's aims.

The post holder will work with the Head of Facilities to optimise resources, deliver safe, high-quality patient care, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Accountable for key performance targets across Facilities.
• Experience in managing facilities contracts and monitoring performance indicators.
• Collaborates with Procurement, Finance and HR to access relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for key performance targets across Facilities.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support delivery of Facilities objectives.
• Manage Facilities contracts and monitor performance indicators, with quarterly reviews with Contractors.
• Oversee operational management of Directorate and Administrative Team.
• Lead Cleanliness Monitoring Team and Joint Cleanliness Monitoring across the Trust.
• Analyze diverse data to monitor financial and operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accurate, timely recording of Facilities activities for performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance and HR to share Facilities activity data.
