Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join a leading facilities management team at a prestigious corporate site in Leeds. You will lead day-to-day cleaning and workplace services, manage two Supervisors and support the wider team to maintain high standards.

You’ll drive KPI delivery, conduct workplace inspections, coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers, and ensure health and safety compliance across COSHH, risk assessments and safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Cleaning Operations.
• Ability to lead supervisory teams and coordinate contractors.
• Strong knowledge of COSHH regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of cleaning and workplace services.
• Manage two Cleaning Supervisors and broader team.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate planned/reactive facilities activities with engineers and suppliers.
• Maintain staffing, rotas and resources for seamless service.
