Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a dedicated General Services Manager for our West Yorkshire site. You will lead integrated FM services, manage a multi-service operation, and oversee budgets, safety, and client relationships to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and employees.

With a focus on developing teams and driving continuous improvement, you will coordinate with department managers and ensure compliant, efficient site operations while promoting a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within facilities management, hospitality, catering, or multi-service operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop large diverse teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of integrated facilities management services across the site to maintain high service standards.
• Inspire, develop and support a diverse team while fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders as the main point of contact and exceed expectations.
• Drive operational excellence by managing multiple services including catering, cleaning, security, and workplace services.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, costs and profitability opportunities.
• Champion health, safety, food safety and compliance to meet standards.
• Monitor service performance via audits, KPIs and customer feedback; implement improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management to develop the team.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and strengthen client partnerships.
• Collaborate with department managers for smooth day-to-day operations.
