Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• Experience in building maintenance with M&E systems desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refurbish GBS building fabric and equipment.
• Monitor building conditions and undertake necessary repairs.
• Assist with refurbishment project planning across campuses.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

Full, Clean Driving License
