Job summary

A reputable education provider in the UK is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and refurbish facilities. The role requires expertise in building maintenance, including M&E systems, and a flexible approach to work, including travel to other campuses. Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is required.
• City & Guilds or equivalent NVQ in Electrical Installations preferred.
• Experience in building maintenance with knowledge of M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish equipment across GBS UK estates.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake necessary repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach to work

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
