Qualifications

• Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations is essential.
• Experience with Mechanical and Electrical systems is necessary.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across campuses.
• Monitor condition and undertake repairs of GBS buildings.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
