Qualifications
Must have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent experience needed.
Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems is essential.
Familiarity with refurbishment techniques is key.
Must possess a full, clean driving license.
Responsibilities
Maintain and refurbish equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio.
Undertake repairs and renovations as needed.
Assist in planning refurbishment projects.
Ensure health, safety, and compliance are maintained.
Monitor condition of GBS buildings and perform preventative maintenance.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance
Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques
