Qualifications

• Facilities Management or Property Maintenance experience.
• Routine PPM inspection experience.
• Minor maintenance and repair experience.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
• Emergency lighting testing.
• Building fabric maintenance.
• Health & Safety legislation.
• Permit-to-work awareness.
• Basic M&E knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
• Record keeping and reporting.
• Problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver non-technical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities across the estate.
• Undertake minor reactive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Support statutory compliance requirements and inspections.
• Act as on-site representative for Hard Services
• Escort contractors, issue permits and report delivery issues
• Respond to facilities requests and support occupants
• Work with health, safety and environmental policies and improve safety
• Identify and report compliance risks and monitor contractor activity
