Burnley FC is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the club’s ongoing development and deliver a first‑class experience for players, staff, and supporters. You will oversee facilities management, budgets, and safety while contributing to strategic objectives as part of a senior management team.

The role requires 5+ years in stadium management or a similar field, proven project leadership, and strong IT and stakeholder management skills. Evening/weekend work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in stadium management or similar role.
• Must have 5+ years leading a multi-functional department including project and event management.
• Experience with devising and delivering strategic objectives as part of a management team.
• At least 3 years in project management with external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience of managing CAPEX and revenue budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Effective communicator with flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends.
