Blackpool Football Club Limited is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of all matchday hospitality, conferences, events and catering across the club. You will manage budgets, stock control and staff, ensuring top standards of service, food safety and financial integrity.

The role requires strong operational leadership in a fast-paced stadium environment, collaboration with multiple departments, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading F&B operations in hospitality or stadium settings.
• Strong leadership and budget management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of all food and beverage services across Blackpool Football Club, ensuring quality, presentation and customer service.
• Oversee the operation of hospitality lounges, boxes, kiosks, bars, conferences and event catering outlets, ensuring staff readiness.
• Ensure procedures, service standards and quality expectations are applied across all F&B areas.
• Act as the senior operational manager for all F&B services, resolving issues quickly.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and implementing enhancements.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure resources are deployed effectively and objectives are achieved.
• Build relationships with internal departments to support wider Club activities and commercial goals.
