Job summary

Adi Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard facilities management services at our Towcester site. You will be responsible for the operational delivery, acting as the primary contact for Site Managers, Engineering Teams, customers and stakeholders.

Key duties include managing PPM and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors, and driving improvements while overseeing budgets and quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and technical management for engineering and hard services contracts.
• Strong contractor management and compliance experience.
• Proven ability to lead facilities teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant delivery of hard FM services onsite.
• Manage site infrastructure, utilities, PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor works.
• Lead contractor management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and oversee quotations.
