Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a modern healthcare facility in Oxford. This role involves managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and leading the on-site team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or regulated environments, strong knowledge of HTMs and HBNs, and experience with contractor management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or estates management within healthcare or a highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare estates compliance, especially HTMs and HBNs.
• Experience managing hard FM and engineering contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day facilities and estates functions.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance.
