The post holder will develop staff through training and appraisals, build relationships at all levels, and ensure services meet agreed standards and outputs aligned with KPIs and business plans.

• Responsible for the financial budgets across the site and delivering set objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities services including housekeeping and patient food services in a zonal area.
• Lead projects within Facilities Services from inception to close.

• Ensure resources and standards meet statutory and departmental targets.
