Murphy is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities function across Kentish Town, Hemel Hempstead and Cannock. You will ensure legal compliance, safe working environments and robust support for project delivery within an annual budget.

You will manage hard and soft FM services, oversee contractor performance, and contribute to policy and building strategies while driving energy efficiency and lifecycle planning.

Qualificações

• Experience managing hard and soft FM services and knowledge of codes of practice.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and CDM knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to use CAFM systems to track jobs and generate reports.
• Willingness to travel to Murphy Southern geographies and drive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities at designated sites and ensure legal compliance and safe work environments.
• Manage budgets for PPMs, remedial works and planned investments.
• Oversee outsourced contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance and catering.
• Provide input on asset maintenance, procurement and tendering processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and support external audits as FM lead.
• Develop business cases for projects improving office environments.
