The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract, supervising a small on-site maintenance team and ensuring facilities are maintained to a high standard for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Management or Property Management.
• Experience leading a small on-site maintenance team.
• Knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
