Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our venues whilst driving service improvements, supporting compliance, and leading a customer-focused facilities team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional evening and weekend work will be required to support operational requirements across the estate.
