Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Oak Tree School, Truro, TR4 9NH
Salary: GBP37,500 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 42.5 Hours per week; Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds. The Facilities Manager will ensure that our work environment is safe, functional, and efficient, supporting both our staff and pupils.
Oak Tree School in Truro has expanded, developed new buildings, and received a positive Ofsted inspection, allowing us to offer education for pupils aged 5-18 with social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviors. We aim to provide a structured, nurturing environment with a broad curriculum tailored to their needs.
This opportunity is based in Truro, within commuting distance from Redruth, St Austell, and surrounding areas.
