A leading education provider is seeking a Facilities Manager for Oak Tree School in Truro. Location: Oak Tree School, Truro, TR4 9NH
Salary: £37,500 per annum depending on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 42.5 Hours per week; Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our close-knit team at Oak Tree School located in Truro.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds. The Facilities Manager will ensure that our work environment is safe, functional, and efficient, supporting both our staff and pupils.
Requirement:
Oak Tree School in Truro has recently expanded and developed two new buildings and undergone a successful Ofsted inspection, allowing us to offer a wider age range of pupils from 5 – 18 years. The school provides full-time specialist co-education for up to 135 pupils and young people aged 5 to 18 who experience social, emotional, mental health, communication difficulties, and related challenging behaviors. We aim to provide a structured, nurturing environment with a broad, engaging curriculum tailored to their needs.
This opportunity is in Truro, within commuting distance of Redruth, St Austell, and surrounding areas.

You’ll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time for personal pursuits. The 4DWW is subject to successful probation and is not a contractual benefit.
