The Role

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Shift Lead or similar.
• Strong technical background in building services maintenance - essential.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Full UK driving licence.
• AP qualification or experience desirable.
