Working as part of the Cambridge Science Park PropertyManagement team, you will take responsibility for the delivery of facilitiesmanagement services across a range of multi-let, directly owned and vacantproperties within the client's portfolio. The role offers significant varietyand autonomy, with responsibility spanning operational facilities management,statutory compliance, sustainability initiatives and financial oversight,including supporting service charge budgeting and expenditure control.
You’ll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders,including property managers, asset managers, project managers, buildingsurveyors, health & safety advisors, contractors, suppliers and the Cambridge Science Park Director, ensuring the estate operates efficiently,safely and to the highest standards.
As part of the wider Investment & PropertyManagement team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleaguesacross multiple disciplines, share best practice, contribute to operationalimprovements and be part of a supportive and engaging team culture.
