Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the delivery of hard and soft services mainly in the West End of London, coordinating and organizing FM service delivery, managing contractors, and handling contract variations, quotations, invoicing, and reporting.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in delivering peace of mind and driving value for our customers. As a Facilities Manager, you will contribute by:

  • Acting as the primary contact between clients, contractors, and Bellrock to ensure effective communication.
  • Managing the Asset Sustainability and Operational Plans with the Technical Manager, updating actions on the Deepki system.
  • Engaging with bespoke software solutions to improve comfort, energy usage, and maintenance costs.
  • Monitoring onsite IEQ and BMS software to proactively manage environment quality and energy consumption.
  • Gathering feedback via QR code NPS surveys and leading engagement on Vizta platform.
  • Participating in meetings related to projects, health and safety, and service reviews.
  • Managing reactive and planned works through the Concerto system, ensuring timely completion and proper record-keeping for invoicing.
  • Completing invoices and financial reconciliations accurately and promptly.
  • Ensuring contractor performance meets contractual requirements through inspections and record maintenance.
  • Reviewing work quality and supporting project needs.
  • Collaborating with various departments to resolve service delivery issues.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and completing QVRs with the Property Management team.
  • Producing monthly client reports and conducting site audits.
  • Maintaining a record of outstanding actions and supporting environmental and safety standards compliance.
  • Implementing social impact initiatives and engaging occupiers through events and pop-ups.

  • Understanding of technology or eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Experience working on FM projects.
  • Strong client relationship skills and understanding of sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and awareness of impact on others.
  • Health and Safety qualification.
  • Ability to adapt to various environments, support admin tasks, and draft emergency plans.
  • Supervisory skills, including training and resolving tenant issues.
  • Experience with emergency response, building inspections, and H&S audits.
Working arrangements

We promote flexible working practices. The role requires working from the Strand, London, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
