Job summary

Tech Connect Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two manufacturing sites in the UK. You will drive safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance while leading a hands-on facilities team.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance operations, managing budgets and contractors, coordinating PPM and reactive work, and delivering continuous improvements to support operational performance. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Proven FM experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and maintenance budgets.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Flexible to travel between sites as required.

• Confident communicating with senior leadership teams.
• Experience within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Flexible to travel between sites as required.
