Job summary

Tech Connect Group is recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two manufacturing sites in the UK. You will lead the Facilities team, drive TPM and compliance, and coordinate contractors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will work closely with senior leaders, manage budgets, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives across regulated manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Proven Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and maintenance budgets.
• Practical problem–solving skills and a hands–on approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Confident communicating with senior leadership teams.
• Experience within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing sector is advantageous.
