Tech Connect Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance and infrastructure across two manufacturing sites. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure a safe, compliant and efficient working environment.

The role includes leading the facilities team, managing planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating contractors, and driving continuous improvement to support operational performance.

• Act as the primary facilities contact for internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven Facilities Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, TPM and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and maintenance budgets.
• Practical problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Confident communicating with senior leadership teams.
• Experience within aerospace or another regulated manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Flexible to travel between sites as required.
