Job summary

Tech-People are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a commercial building in Central London, with a start date of 14 September 2026. The role requires an IWFM qualification and a client-focused approach.

You will coordinate M&E, cleaning, security and other facilities services, manage contractors, ensure H&S and compliance, oversee maintenance programs, and liaise with the client and tenants to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• IWFM qualification is essential.
• Experience in commercial buildings required.
• Knowledge of building services, health & safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Facilities Manager - Central London - start 14/09/2026

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on a commercial building in Central London.

• Start: 14th or 15th September 2026
• Duration: Until the end of 2026
• Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Umbrella PAYE: 40.69 per hour, PAYE: 31.25 per hour
• IWFM qualification required
• Must be paid Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company payments
