Job summary

Tate is seeking an Estates & Facilities Management Team Manager for a 6-month contract across a portfolio of sites in England. You will lead facilities services, drive performance and ensure safety, compliance and efficient operation while supporting colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.

You will monitor contractor performance, manage budgets and generate performance reports, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Facilities Management, Estates or Property Services
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Confidence managing supplier and contractor relationships
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independently
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Working within a busy Estates & Facilities team, you'll help ensure properties remain safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose while supporting colleagues, contractors and stakeholders across multiple locations.

The Role
