Job summary

QuickSource Group Ltd in West London seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to own a portfolio of maintenance contracts, managing client relationships, operational delivery, performance and commercial development.

You will coordinate engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to meet KPIs and SLAs, while mobilising contracts, onboarding and ongoing service delivery. This role suits a senior FM professional with strong M&E knowledge and compliance experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing maintenance or facilities management contracts.
  • Strong client-facing experience within Hard FM, engineering or building services.
  • Experience coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Experience managing contracts against KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.
  • NVQ Level 5 or 6 in Facilities Management, Construction, Operations or a similar discipline, or currently working towards one.
  • Good working knowledge of Hard FM and M&E maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact for allocated maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Produce and present monthly performance reports.
  • Support contract retention through strong service delivery and client engagement.
  • Coordinate engineers, building services operatives, supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Monitor PPM completion, reactive response times and SLA performance.
  • Ensure Safe Systems of Work, permits, RAMS and relevant site documentation are implemented.
  • Support the resolution of service failures, complaints and escalations.
  • Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and contract transition activities.
  • Track remedial works, variations and additional service opportunities.
  • Liaise with Estimating and Commercial teams to develop quotations.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify commercial risks or opportunities.
  • Contribute to the retention and development of existing maintenance contracts.
  • Compile and analyse KPI and performance data.
  • Produce KPI dashboards, performance reports and risk registers.
  • Monitor contractual performance against agreed targets.
  • Use data to identify trends, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.

Facilities Manager

Location: West London

Salary: £55-60,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of maintenance contracts, managing client relationships, operational delivery, performance and commercial development.

This is a contract-management-level role with responsibility for ensuring contracts are successfully mobilised, delivered and retained, while identifying opportunities to improve service and grow existing accounts.

The role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager, Contract Manager, Hard FM Manager or Technical FM professional who combines strong client management skills with a solid understanding of M&E maintenance, compliance and building services.

The Role:

You will act as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, building trusted relationships while coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure contracts consistently meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements.

You will have involvement across the full contract lifecycle, from mobilisation and onboarding through to ongoing service delivery, performance management and contract development.
