Job description

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the overall FM service delivery, supplier monitoring, customer experience, and client liaison for your building, as well as managing allocated budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a service champion for one or more of the service lines if required.
  2. Form a partnership with your allocated supplier and ISS colleagues to effectively monitor their performance and support them in achieving their contractual obligations.
  3. Work closely with the onsite team to ensure that all performance targets are met.
  4. Continuously review performance against agreed SLAs and intervene to prevent failure.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, other property teams, and suppliers.
  6. Ensure your team is fully informed about operational updates, processes, and account-wide objectives to keep them informed, involved, and supported.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Graduate calibre or appropriate relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in FM management.
  • Experience managing suppliers in a similar environment.
  • Proficient in IT with knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating across all levels of seniority.
