Opportunity to join a long established Cambridge manufacturer as the Facilities Manager of their state-of-the-art facility. You will oversee total FM for the organisation, ensuring the site is fully compliant and fit for purpose for all staff and visitors. The site includes office space, meeting rooms, clean rooms, communal areas, and a cafe.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises, including oversight of property management and facility management, budgeting, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors. You will lead the Facilities Management delivery for hard and soft services across the estate, ensuring all health and safety and other compliance requirements are met.
