If you enjoy supporting financial and health and safety audits whilst maintaining high facilities standards, then this may be the role for you!

Build a Career with Responsible Impact

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the maintenance and efficiency of 30 sites across Ireland and Northern Ireland — 29 stores and one office. You’ll lead from the front on a diverse range of projects and facilities initiatives while keeping us compliant, sustainable, and future-ready.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring compliance with H&S regulations and supporting internal audits
    • Analysing and improving the efficiency and sustainability of all local utilities and amenities
    • Managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations from concept to completion
    • Leading the full project lifecycle for CDCs (Crown Decorative Centres), store refurbishments, and major upgrades
    • You’ll be working closely with colleagues across both the UK and Ireland, as well as liaising with local authorities and government bodies to ensure compliance and secure relevant grants and levies.

    We’re looking for someone with:

    • Proven experience in project management
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, especially around facilities and energy usage
