Prodrive seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of their facilities and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have proven facilities management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with health and safety practices. The role includes significant responsibilities, such as project management and compliance with statutory regulations, offering professional growth opportunities.

As our new Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas internally and externally, including equipment, services, buildings, ground and plant. You will manage projects from end-to-end and manage the facilities team to ensure all projects are delivered on time and in line with the budget.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Property / Facilities Manager role and be preferably degree educated. You will have strong communication skills and a flexible attitude towards working hours and changing priorities. Excellent quality standards and attention to detail are essential, and Health and Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH would be preferable.
