Job summary

Vertas is seeking a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in the Matlock area. You will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, between 7:00am and 7:00pm, all year round, helping to keep facilities safe, clean and well maintained.

Experience in caretaking or related trades, a focus on health and safety, and a proactive, flexible approach will help you succeed in this role. DBS and safeguarding checks apply where relevant.

About the Role

Based in the Matlock area, you will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, between 7:00am and 7:00pm, 52 weeks per year.
As a Mobile Caretaker, you will play a key role in delivering high quality caretaking services, ensuring our facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained at all times.

About You

• Can adapt to change and thrive in a growing organisation

Experience with Legionella control and fire alarm systems would be desirable but is not essential.
