Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is recruiting for a Facilities Management Co-ordinator based at our Milton Keynes head office. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in the office, with responsibilities across multiple sites including procurement support and contractor management.

You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, liaise with contractors and store colleagues, obtain quotations, monitor progress and assist with purchasing and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, maintenance, helpdesk or admin environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues, suppliers and contractors.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive and customer-focused, with initiative to make informed decisions.

We are excited to be recruiting for a newly created Facilities Coordinator position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business in a brand-new role created as part of the expansion of the team, working closely with both the Procurement team and Property Director in supporting our nationwide stores and office locations.

You'll help ensure our facilities, maintenance, and support services run smoothly, delivering an exceptional experience for colleagues while supporting the efficient operation of our business.

This is a hybrid role based from our Head Office in Milton Keynes with office presence required 3-4 days per week so you must live a commutable distance.

In this role:

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and store colleagues to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
• Obtain quotations, support procurement activities, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Arrange contractor visits and monitor progress through to completion.
• Support store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and closures.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and general facilities administration.

We're looking for:

• Has experience working within facilities, property, maintenance, helpdesk, or administrative environments.
• Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Has excellent communication skills and is confident building relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors.
• Takes initiative and can make informed decisions within their area of responsibility.
• Is highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Previous facilities helpdesk experience would be advantageous.
