Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Building Fabric Maintenance professional to join our team in Greater London. You will manage planned maintenance, complete PPM and reactive tasks, and support the Site Supervisor across a variety of trades within a heritage environment.

The role involves supervising contractors, maintaining safety and quality documentation, and contributing to proactive maintenance strategies while ensuring client standards and compliance are met.

Qualifications

• Experience and qualifications relevant to Building Fabric Maintenance, level 2 minimum (IPAF, PASMA, Working at heights, joinery)
• Good understanding of high-quality service delivery and its impact
• IOSH trained
• Experience in a heritage environment is desirable
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience planning tasks on a PDA or similar is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide input into and management of the planned maintenance schedule in line with PPM planners, SLA and KPI targets
• Complete PPM and reactive works in line with contract requirements
• Support the Site Supervisor with day-to-day operations
• Supervise work by sub-contractors and report anomalies
• Maintain asset register and input forward maintenance needs
• Carry out basic janitorial duties when required
• Ensure documentation is auditable and compliant with client standards
• Promote proactive maintenance and safe work practices
