Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and decorating.
• Cooperate fully with management in respect of all Health & Safety compliance
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents or staff in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repairs or installations
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas and facilities
