Job summary

FM Conway is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operative at our Sevenoaks head office to carry out carpentry and general building maintenance across our facilities. The role supports HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems and requires a full UK driving licence.

You will undertake reactive and planned maintenance, maintain records, and contribute to larger renovation projects with a focus on safety and reliability. A permanent full-time position offering company benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry maintenance within industrial settings.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Understanding of other basic building systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Carry out planned maintenance as scheduled.
• Support HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems when required.
• Perform general carpentry, painting and flooring tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Identify safety hazards and report them.
