Hayesfield Girls' School in Bath is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Estates Team. This hands-on role covers routine repairs across carpentry, plumbing, painting and minor building works to keep our sites safe and welcoming for students and staff.

You will support the Estates Manager on a rolling programme of improvements, perform risk assessments, act as a key-holder and ensure tools and vehicles are maintained and roadworthy. A clean driving licence is essential.

• Proven track record in carpentry, plumbing or decorating.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving licence required.
• Strong workload management and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service mindset.
• Solid knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
