Job summary

Unknown company in Manchester is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the site facilities team and oversee maintenance of plant and office buildings. You will ensure reliability of utilities and drive energy efficiency improvements, plus support CAPEX planning.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 with a bonus potential up to 15%, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, share options after probation, on-site parking, cycle-to-work, and training

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems and utilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site facilities team and manage maintenance of plant and office buildings.
• Oversee boilers, water treatment, HVAC, fire, security and electrical systems.
• Ensure utilities are available to production and offices at all times.
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives and cost-saving maintenance programs.
• Plan and oversee facilities-related capital projects with suppliers/contractors.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and operational compliance.
