PizzaExpress (Restaurants) Limited is seeking a commercially minded Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our restaurant estate, improve equipment uptime and support uninterrupted service of great pizza. You will partner with operations and service providers to deliver safe, on-time maintenance within budget.

You’ll monitor CAFM-driven activity, manage capital plans for ovens, refrigeration and HVAC, and collaborate with regional teams to prioritise critical work and drive

Formación

• You'll have maintenance or facilities management experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of contract and supplier management.
• Proven ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
• Degree in engineering or building surveying is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact between operations and facilities management partners.
• Ensure planned, reactive and compliance work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Improve first-time fixes and identify preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Monitor maintenance via CAFM and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain capital investment plans for ovens, refrigeration and HVAC assets.
• Collaborate with GMs, Territory Managers and ops teams to prioritise activity.
• Oversee larger quoted works and CDM-regulated projects.
• Provide updates to stakeholders with contingencies and workarounds.
• Support refurbishments and openings with asset lifecycle considerations and budgeting.
