Job description

We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our FM team based on multiple sites across Oldham.

Location:

Oldham - On site - Multi site

Hours:

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll support the facilities team in planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Your day-to-day will include:

1. PPM and Reactive Maintenance Tasks across a School site
2. Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric maintenance
3. Liaison with Clients and Sub-Contractors as required
4. General repairs and maintenance

What are we looking for?

This role is ideal if you have:

1. Experience working on a Maintenance contract conducting PPM's and reactive maintenance
2. 18th edition and 2391 qualifications
3. An extensive trades background in maintenance, installations, and repairs
4. An electrical bias
5. A full, clean driving license
