Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a facilities management team in Evesham. The role covers planned, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance to keep systems safe and fully operational within a safety-critical environment.

You will support the Responsible Person and Authorized Person, adhere to safety procedures, and complete accurate maintenance records. On-call duties and weekend shifts are part of the pattern, with a 15% shift allowance.

Qualifications

Experience with planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
Experience with fire alarm and CCTV systems is beneficial.
Experience in secure, regulated or critical environments.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned and preventative electrical maintenance activities.
Diagnose faults and undertake effective repairs to electrical systems and equipment.
Complete minor electrical installation works and like-for-like replacements.
Perform inspection and testing of electrical systems per BS7671 and record results.
Ensure systems are maintained to high safety and compliance standards.
Participate in on-call rota and weekend shift arrangements.
