Job summary

Kick It Out is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the facilities team at the American Express Stadium and the Elite Football Performance Centre. Role: Facilities & Maintenance Administrator

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team.
  • Administer planned and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with and coordinate service and inspection visits from contractors.
  • Ensure contractors submit all relevant health & safety paperwork prior to visits.
  • Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience working with and coordinating maintenance contractors.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
