Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities across designated sites in Leatherhead.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will manage the Facilities Officer and Front of House team, oversee outsourced suppliers, and ensure health and safety, cleaning, waste and food safety standards are met. This is a full-time, permanent role with a commitment to high-quality patient and staff environments.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management or related subject.
• Experience of at least two years in Facilities or Property Management.
• Experience of managing both outsourced and directly employed staff.
• Experience in the NHS environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities across designated sites.
• Line-manage the Facilities Officer and Front of House team.
• Oversee outsourced suppliers and ensure service coverage.
• Ensure health and safety, cleaning, waste and food safety compliance.
