Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a major media campus in the UK, ensuring safety, compliance and service delivery to the required SLA/KPI standards.

You will lead contractor teams, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, build strong relationships with the customer and OCS management, and drive continual improvement in operations while promoting a One Team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality facilities management environments.
• Experience in media or broadcast environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, compliance and safe working practices.
• Proven experience leading operations within business-critical environments.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory requirements and mandatory standards.
• Strong organisational, leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards across safety, quality, customer service and operational performance.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including producing reports, spreadsheets and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the campus.
• Conduct regular building inspections and address issues.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with contractors.
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Provide reports and updates to the customer and OCS management.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs and take action where needed.
• Support site audits, compliance requirements, and safe working practices.
• Represent OCS in stakeholder meetings and ensure actions are followed through.
• Coordinate workplace services, contractors and supply chain partners.
