Job summary

Sodexo Group is recruiting an experienced Site Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects at HMP Northumberland. You will manage subcontractors, lifecycle replacements and capital works, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires strong governance knowledge, stakeholder management and a PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMP; experience with CAFM systems (Maximo) and BMS is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience managing infrastructure or construction projects within a Facilities Management environment.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, project governance and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrable leadership and people management experience.
• Recognised PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or APMP; BIFM Level 4 is desirable.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH with risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget and programme delivery.
• Proficient in using CAFM (Maximo) and BMS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects across HMP Northumberland.
• Support lifecycle replacement, capital expenditure and business improvement projects.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget and with quality standards.
• Oversee contractor performance and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain records of infrastructure assets and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor project progress and report risks using Office tools.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, contractors and the Facilities Management team.
• Deputise for Head of Client Infrastructure Projects when required.
