Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and tidy school grounds and premises.
• Monitor activities of lessees and contractors and report issues to the line manager.
• Log and report damage or faults to fabric and fixtures.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure health, safety and security procedures.
• Communicate with Facilities Manager and team to meet customer needs.
