Zusammenfassung

Arts Council is seeking an Officer, Estates and Facilities to join our head office in Manchester. You will ensure a safe, comfortable and well-equipped office environment, coordinating maintenance, budgets and contractor relationships while travelling to North Area offices as needed.

You will deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager, maintain records using MS 365, and communicate essential updates to teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities, estates, property, office management or building services environments.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and support contractor or supplier relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication, able to liaise with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Support the head office and North Area offices, including travel between sites.
• Sign-off and control of reactive and planned works budgets in line with the building budget.
• Deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required and communicate essential updates to local and national teams.
• Engage with office users, suppliers and contractors to deliver a professional service.
