Job summary

Childhood First is seeking an Estates Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our buildings, grounds and property across Greenfields House, Kent. You will work as part of the estates team and support safe, clean and well‑presented environments for children and staff.

The role requires experience in building, estates, gardening or allied trades, good health and safety know‑how, and the ability to prioritise workload while following instructions and working as part of a team or on your own

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise workload to meet community demands.
• Experience in maintenance, building and/or estate works.
• Good levels of physical fitness.
• Accurate, methodical and well organised.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team or on own initiative.
