Job summary

Lakeland Arts is seeking a part-time, permanent Estates maintenance role in Windermere. The post focuses on the upkeep of properties, car parks and surrounding land, with flexibility for emergency movement in coordination with the Head of Operations.

The Estates team supports three venues and works closely with volunteers to ensure safe, welcoming environments for visitors and a smooth running of facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in buildings, services and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Lakeland Arts' properties, car parks and surrounding land.
• Oversee contractor work and collaborate with the Estates Assistant and volunteers.
• Support Estates team across three venues and keep planned maintenance on track.
• Tackle new challenges weekly in a busy, hands-on environment.
• Ensure venues are presented to the best of their abilities for visitors.
