Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Facilities Engineer in Telford to join a leading manufacturing group. The successful candidate will be mechanically or electrically biased, with a relevant engineering qualification and the ability to lead maintenance initiatives.

You will attend breakdowns, monitor critical systems (air, vacuum, RO, effluent, extraction) and implement improvements, with installation work and skilled maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks, HVAC and LED replacements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Mechanically or electrically biased.
• Holds a relevant engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Attending breakdowns
• Maintain, monitor and repair critical auxiliary systems including compressed air, vacuum, reverse osmosis plant, effluent plant, extraction etc
• Implementation of improvements
• Installation work
• Basic maintenance activities such as carpentry, plumbing repairs, minor electrical works, HVAC, LED replacement
